Mission Statement
The NCBIA Remodelers is an affiliate of the North Coast Building Industry Association and the National Association of Home Builders. We are dedicated to providing leadership and direction as a recognized voice of the remodeling industry.
Our Purpose
- To provide the public a strong nucleus of contractors for remodeling and renovation
- To establish a code of ethics that maintains high professional standards and sound business practices.
- To increase public awareness of the professional ism of the NCBIA Remodelers members.
- To provide our members with educational opportunities in the remodeling industry.
- To provide a forum for networking, discussions, and social activities.

Jeff Lugar, the Area Sales Leader for Norandex Building Materials Distribution, has been a part of Northern Ohio’s building industry for the last 16 years. Born, raised, and now living in Lorain County he is proud to chair the NCBIA Remodelers and be a service to the community which he has loved his entire life. Helping the builders and remodelers through service and education is his way of giving back to the customers who have supported his family and his company for all the years through their purchases.
Jeff considers his role as more than a salesman to his customers, he is a friend, a teammate, and a coworker striving to satisfy the end user of the products – the homeowner!

Jerry has been involved in the NCBIA since 1995 and has been an officer in the NCBIA Remodelers since 1999. Being involved in the NCBIA Remodelers has opened a lot of doors for him and Caruso's Cabinets and he is proud to be part of such a professional group.

Mike has over 25 years experience in new home and remodeling. He was NCBIA Remodeler chairman in 2008 /2009 and has achieved the Certified Professional Remodeler (CPR) designation.
